  1. Nah he's talking bollocks.....everyone who knows anything about HRC knows they only ever used cocktail sticks on the factory bikes.

The lady at a catering company told me and she should know.........

  2. The tooth picks really help to show the scale, much better pics as well.
    Steve

  3. I'd straighten out that kink in the hose feeding the top of the radiator before you start it up though.

  4. Looking good Funky, i havent done a model for ages.......Just read that back... ooooer !!

  5. Are there any parts that need painting duck-egg green?

  6. dont sweat it son, its all in hand..these are the pre assembly pics x

  7. Yeahhhhh I can see the pics

    I'm tempted now

I had a 1275GT mini and bought a model years ago though it didn't have an engine

Do you have to build from scratch
If so thats a perfect way for me to learn

  9. Subtle ads for carpet cleaning, is this the new wheelie bin in the background feature?
    Steve

  10. It's all looking very pro. What with the polystyrene and all.
In fact, it doesn't look any easier than putting together a real bike.

  11. its about as reliable...the speedo and a fairing screw fell off the Duke when i was moving it around...amazing how the Japs capture every detail so fastidiously. (916 pics on the Doohan build thread)

  12. I think it needs a new chain before you do the shake down, there seemed to be a tight spot....

  16. Neat. You'd almost think it was the real thing but the paddock stand looks a little spindly.
