  2. What's it worth? What has Foggy had to do with the development of the bike, has he sat on one or raced one, now if it wad a Bayliss limited edition it might be a different matter.

  3. I hope foggy's in a good mood when he's handing the keys over to the customers

  4. Foggy is a Ducati legend and I have limited edition prints on my walls and even a signed birthday card from him but I don't see the connection between him and the 1199 Panigale.

  5. just a marketing opportunity. The only link is brand association. I just hope Dream Machine are not doing the paint as they are awful imo.

  6. A somewhat tawdry marketing gimic, lacking in credibility if you ask me.

Yes, a Bayliss Panigale would be different, as he helped develop the bike. Foggy surely hasn't done much for a decade.

  7. So its a base spec bike with a paint job, and a plaque from the local ironmonger/key cutting market stall, what do we recon they will charge for that?

  8. yep..seems like a bit of blatant whorish marketeering to me...foggy (or Mr.Happy as he is otherwise known) has got no relevance to the bike..prob need to pick up a few sales and get some publicity.

  9. Aren't they selling...?

  10. it is a standard 1199 that has been given the nod from foggy to have ducati mancs spray it in his famous colors, nothing more nothing less. it is not a Ducati factory special....so is it worth nearly 18K

  11. foggy who???????????

  12. I saw it on Saturday, looks OK to me. Met the new owner aswell as he stood thinking about 'should he or shouldn't he' buy it syndrome. As already mentioned its a base 1199 in Red. Looks nice and simple tbh (sorry no pics), it reminded of the Foggy 916's from the past with just the decals on it. I think that they'll only be 10 available at present. Stated it was 1/10 on the tank.

Anyway I don't think it has had a paint job and if it had beern done by a painter I would imagine that Mike at Rage Design has done it.

    Looked similar to this.

  13. Saw both the Foggy and Hodgson reps both riders were guest riding at 1000 bikes last weekend. They didn't look right, for me anyhow....the originals were designed to fit the fairings/seats of their corresponding bikes and just doesn't carry over thru the generation changes. Each one is a statement from it's own period and look great, they just don't carry thru'. The Foggy connection does nothing for me either anyhow. I'd wait til next years factory bike shows up or get a Rapido rep....now that's a pretty lookin machine :upyeah:

  14. if i had boggo Panigale and the mood took me, i'd get a 11 of 10 decal for the tank. At least they'll be plenty of low milers on the market next year thanks to the crap british weather...any with more than about 8 miles and the line, 'never seem rain' are best avoided (lol)..
