  1. Ok what should I expect to pay for an 8800 mile 2007 plate GT

Also how easy is it to change the seat and tank to the s version?

  2. lots,buy an s.

think its hard to convert as you need new tank etc hence buy an s. you can get a lot of info from

  3. My mate has GT for £4800 is that good?

  4. Depends what condition it's in. I paid £5700 for mine but it had Termi pipes and ECU which would have set me back £1k anyway. GT1000s are prone to rust around the wheels and it's a telltale sign it's been out in the rain a lot.

  5. Hard to say without more information. Depends on condition, service history & to a lesser extent what modifcations have been made. Some after market parts such as the Termignoni kit (pipes, DP ECU & modded airbox lid) are hard to find these days.

The OEM tyres weren't brilliant, so if it still has them you may wish to consider budgeting for newer rubber. The GTs go well with Dunlop RoadSmarts/SportSmarts, Michelin PR3, Pirelli Angel GTs, Conti RoadAttack etc...

  6. yes

  7. It's completely standard, silver grey 8800 miles, not sure about the service history?
