  1. Hi,bought a 2004 749s for my dad. Just needs a few things putting right.

-Rear brake pedal (just the bit you press with your toe)
    -Standard clutch cover
-Lids for both the clutch and brake fluid reservoirs

Struggling to find a site selling original parts in the uk, especially for the brake pedal.
    Cheers lads.

  2. HI I mite be able to help you ive bits and pieces from my 749 / 749r bikes will have a look for you...

  3. Nice one, think I'm good for the clutch cover. I've ordered a carbon one for my 996 so mine will fit his 749 I think..

  4. Ducati have the brake toe part, rubber and special bolt. Not crazy money either

  6. Brake pedal and rubber is about a tenner from dealer.

  7. Sorted the cover and brake, big thanks to St3v38.
    Just the reservoirs now..

  8. I still have my OEM ones, which I replaced as they were a bit corroded. You can have them if they're any use to you? You'll need to source the rubber seals though...

  9. Thanks mate, but I'll give that a miss. Might end up getting some billet ones from Taiwan.
Out of curiosity though, how did they get corroded? The ones on ours are twice as bad, but we couldn't figure out how they'd get like that..

Loving this forum though, really helpful lads.

  10. I reckon they must be made of cheese. Bought the bike when it was five years old and the whole thing was immaculate - absolutely spotless - apart from the fluid reservoir covers...

  11. The reservoir covers just degrade over time. My 999 looks great, but the covers were all peeling - much worse than that photo so I replaced with billet. All tidy now. Have had bike since new.

The DP titanium ones are gorgeous but impossible to find and if you do, cost a fortune, sadly.

  12. Pretty sure I still have mine which you can have (with seals) if you don't go the billet route.

  13. Cheers lads, but I've just ordered some cheap red billet ones from Hong Kong.
