Interesting choice of cover photo.

 

Just what I was thinking.

 

Rossi was riding for Ducati when the 5th Edition came out.
The 4th Edition had Casey Stoner on the cover as he was riding for them then.
Not sure about edition 3,2 and 1 but maybe there will be a pattern

A bit harsh. Was Paul Smart Australian? Was Hailwood? And we forget Capirossi who I still think would have had a very good chance of being Ducati's first MotoGP champion without the Barcelona accident for which he was not responsible.

 

... not to mention Foggy ... or Tony Rutter ... etc etc ...

Makes for a good clear pic - uncontaminated by other bikes when jostling for the lead. Oh, hang on.....
