Jesus! It's bad enough when those dodgy shelves you put up fall down but I wouldn't want that landing on me in the middle of Antiques Roadshow, even if it is a 916!.
good point,have to turn sofa/room around. id feel happier that way as well,dont care so much if it lands on telly.
what about the front end of a bike set up so it looks like is wheelying through your wall. I had a mate had a mini cut in two and the rear end stuck out his living room wall, you could turn on the brake lights and the music centre was in the boot. he had a rather dim blond home once and told her the neighbour had the front in his living room and she was so so taken in.
