Cars Golf V Mini

  1. Looking at getting shot of my scooby legacy estate for a smaller more economic car that is still fun.
    I drive approx 25 to 30 k per yr for business, wife got the main motor for lugging crap.
    I prefer diesel this time and like a semi auto box.
    Always had vag in the family until recently and have an older mini in family.
    So any golf owners what they like? Mini diesel owners what they like?
    Looking at used circa 12k ish

  2. Two entirely different cars. Golf twice the size inside, mini even on pumped steroids is still a mini. And no boot

  3. I guess so, but just wanted an idea of whether a mini diesel would be any good on motorways? Golf is the sensible choice but are they fun?

  10. I found golf loads better than an A3 for comfort, mini was good too tbh and m way ok but lots of miles?! Not for me. For focus better bet
