  12. I think we have determined it is the one from Ducati Manchester now :) why have you taken sooo long to decide to buy it, it was there 18 months ago when I bought a 999R from them I think?

  13. You have worked it out.

    Everything I have said is true and the dealer is very, very apologetic for having unknowingly misled me due to not establishing the facts about the bike prior to sale because having owned it themselves a number of times they thought they knew it all.

    We are friends again and I am continuing with the purchase of my dream bike and hope to collect it within a couple of weeks.

    You have all been very helpful and at times, exceptionally amusing.

    I'm sorry if anybody got frustrated by the secrecy but I had to get things cleared up, and ultimately I wouldn't have a problem buying another bike off dmc.

    I value your opinions and took your advice which has led to a big smile on my face again, and for that I thank you.

  17. I believe it was there for a couple a years but they only decided to sell it a couple of months ago. I'm told I purchased it 3 days after they advertised it.

  20. I have seen it for sale there as I remember it was pricey - I seem to remember it didn't belong to the shop at the time but someone who worked there? My memory of it is a bit sketchy though so could be wrong.
