If you cease thinking then you are in a coma. Although you would not know that. Are dreams thinking? Or are they just thoughts? No one stops thinking. Just some think about things that immediately concern them like - what is is with cats and boxes, or why is it sometimes you see a leaf that is spinning wildly yet its not even windy? When something is cooled to zero, does it cease to exist as it has zero energy? Who discovered cheese?
Unlikely, but nurture has plenty of room for improvement. On a related topic I found this interesting Friends have closer DNA than strangers, scientists find - Telegraph Can't beat your genes.
Interesting, and makes sense. I mean a more obvious view of this would be that animals (us included) don't really hang out cross species, so it makes sense that this would also be true on a much subtler level. Back to OP, first you can cross out human and just leave it as nature. And no it will never change, the will to survive is as noted earlier the only factor determining our behaviour. That's not to say that the human society can't improve.
Give a man a fish and he eats for today, teach a man to fish........gawd bless one and all of 'em ( teachers that is)
Of course humans can improve, we can improve immensely. The question is, do we want to..? Seems like David Cameron does. Either that or he just wants a bigger slice...
Gove was very definitely a bullied child. Even today I want to shove his head down the bog to see the blue goldfish.
