Anyone on here read Sideburn? Its a magazine published every three months or so. If you have never seen it its hard to pinpoint what makes it so refreshingly different to the mainstream monthly ones. Check it out American Flat Trackers ,Bobbers, Mad off the wall specials and interviews with with heroes and never hasbeens.
Load of the guys on the xs forum go to dirt quake. Sideburns was an inspiration whilst building my xs street scrambler ( that I sadly didn't finish). Aren't redmax speed shop affiliated with it?
I loved it as did my 11 year old son!! Cheesy music from a live band Pie cars Serious dirt racing Mixed in with the anything goes see above a monkey bike and an SS competing in the same round !! Then my fav The mental Chopper Squad !! A different day out !! I'd recommend this for all bike mad family members
The Chap is great ! Someone thought I was winding them up so I brought them this edition .. Right up El Tels street
Or If you like I know the man who is head of Gentleman's Cravat society??? ( I am not making that up !!! ) .
My first experience of sideburn magazine was going to 'rollerburn' a few years ago. No idea what was going on, but it was a lot of fun! Off to DQ3 next weekend for more 'middle aged people who should know better cocking about' type entertainment ;-)
Just subscribed to Centre Parting monthly, need a bit of inspiration as I've a side parting for months.
i think you'll find there not much reading to be had in that erstwhile publication. I would imagine that the content is more of the visual kind........
