Arriving on the Friday afternoon with a few chums and staying till Monday morning in Littleton (Running horse inn). ........anyone who wants to chat about football and fishing ?.........I'm your man. See you there !
Apparently we are now spending the Saturday riding the New forest instead of going to the track. :Arghh: I don't know the area so I will just be following. If any peeps want to tag along you are more than welcome.
You will be well at home Tom..... 2 fireblades, zx6r, my beautiful 749r and 1 other who I'v never met and not sure what he rides.
I can take you over Devizes way for a spin that's about an hour long across salisbury plain and ends near thruxton
Covered with stupid (and large) wildlife. Horses, donkeys and deer. I avoid it and I live round the corner from it.
lol.........3 miles west of Basildon and I'm lost. Luckily I'm going with a few regulars........we are already booked and going and really looking forward to it.
+1 If you're going to be at Thruxton, just explore a bit of Hampshire and Wiltshire - some great roads across the Downs and over Salisbury Plain. No need to go more than an hour or so from Thruxton...
If you go to the Forrest, go steady, prepare for horses and donkeys in the middle of the road, and be careful at dusk/at night. Seriously, the deer see your lights and decide that's the time to run across the road!
Me and TT600 (I think) are going to Ascot next week 25th July. Loads of horses and donkeys there.
Wantz likes the newforest but then he is a donkey fan. The pigs are the worst - let us know we could be up for summit
Yes we are, but i should hasten to add, separate carriages- there is no civil arrangement in place.... remind me, is it any specific Scot we are going to , or just a Scot?
