  3. Fixed a boiler, changed 2 yes 2 light bulbs removed snapped key from Yale lock took rear mudguard and whatever that thing is at the back of the multi off and tightened the chain. G n T in the garden. Job done.

  15. Looks a satisfying days work-can't best a decent bit of woodcraft by an expert. How are you going to finish off the bottom of the door( or is that the 'snake-flap' ?)

  18. Reading Golf Club and in parts it was very difficult. No flat places, green to tee was often miles and anything 10' off the fairway was lost

    And the only thing I couldnt expense was the after drinks and charity donation!
