Ducati Customer Service Help

  1. Anyone know the best email to use to ask frame number and quantity made type questions?
    I have tried the web message thingy on the Ducati Web Site and heard nothing, now it doesn't appear to work. Tried Google too to no avail.
    Can anyone PM me an email contact please?

  3. I've got the Directors of the Ducati Museum but he doesn't like me as I have one of his prototypes :(

    Contact page didn't work for me.

  5. He said something about he didn't know why it had been released then said it didn't exist, not in so many words, he was cryptic. ;)

  10. Wow, had a reply saying they have passed my question on to the relevant department! My last question was a detailed one about timing belt life, it was totally ignored but probably hard for them to answer :)

  12. I had a very sensible answer from Stefan (Customer Service, Ducati Motor Holding Spa, Borgo Panigale – Italy) at Ducati Italy on the same subject and other people that I have directed to him seem to have had decent replies.

  18. Ive always been told to get frame numbers etc, you can get the info through your dealer
