  1. lets all get excited about how much horse power its got......space ranger on the GSXRZZRCBR is taking the lead!

  2. I bet japanese bikes have nuts with higher torque settings too.

  3. assuming the wheel ever needs to come off due to the extra seamless quality assured!

  4. that just made me wince, and cross my legs a bit.

  5. a classic example of a little knowledge is dangerous. i know i bar'd it didn't realize how tight it had to be.

  6. why do ducati use such a high torque setting? my triumph st settting was 146nm its a single sider never came loose, admitted it got about 30 less horses but basically same system

  7. like it's riders. smaller nuts?

  8. Why do you even need to remove the rear wheel? Everyone knows that a Ducati's mileage never reaches double figures.
The fuel tanks are just for show, too!

  9. Spoke to a Ducati tech and he says yes.................grease ;-)

  10. Just like the manual says then!

  11. ah but what sort of grease.....theres pages to be had yet!

  12. Do you have a transcript of your conversation as proof? For all we know you could be a leading grease manufacturer. We have only your word as a gentleman as evidence. "Bloke in Italy told me so, must be true...".

  13. :p

As some technically able/knowledgeable guys e.g. John W say not to grease thought it worth checking elsewhere......wouldn't be the first time the manual was wrong!

  14. Last time i measured my head ( single wrap around of tape measure, @finm), it came out as medium.

Therefore triumph riders have medium 'nuts'......

  15. mine is small...

  16. which end are you talking about.....( and singular?, gulp)

  17. Bit forward of you. We havent even had a 1st date yet. I'm blushing.

  18. got IT measured down at DG last week medium large bought my self a new helmet.

  19. wrong, on so many levels......

  20. getting it wrong is my specialty. allegedly
