  3. Yeah, nice looking bit of kit, that's very cheap compared to recent other 999R's advertised....they usually go for upwards of £12k...is there a catch, and where's it at...;)

  4. No catch, you guys just pay too much. There's a couple over here at 8250€ but they are a bit further away.

  5. is it left hand drive?

  6. No but as long as it takes roundabouts anti-clockwise I'll be happy with it!

  7. LH drive on a bike is an easy fix.

Drop the engine out and rotate it, then turn the frame around 180 degrees, pop the engine back in and Bob's your dirty old man.

  10. I ment, I dont think the police in the UK would be too happy with you taking roundabouts anticlockwise!
Good luck though mate and please do keep us posted! Seems like a great buy if all's in order:upyeah:

  11. And i think loz ment rotate the frame 360 degrees... (he's obviously not converted one for a while)

  12. Mines not a r but everything is carbon and I love it.

  13. Oh good grief. If you rotate the frame 360 degrees, you need to turn the engine around a further 540 degrees.
    Way too much work.

  14. You love it? you cant even reach the handle bars dude... NEXT

  15. You say that but think about the time saved in the long run.....

  16. I agree. Long runs are better for the engine than short trips.

  17. Exactly... and even more so clockwise

  18. Ah I see. "You English and your sense of humour. I look forward to learning more of your wit, your punning and your amusing jokes about the breaking of the wind." (Baron von Richthoven, Blackadder Goes Forth)
Thought it might be something like that. Have a couple of days off so on the phone tomorrow and if all's well, couple of hours down to view it on Tues!

Don't worry, I won't steal your thunder - good luck with the purchase but even though it's cheap still haggle! :upyeah:
