Hi, I have been lurking on here for a few weeks researching Multistrada's, having test ridden a few I decided to take the plunge and put a deposit down on one and naturally join this forum! The MS is a great ride but I am a bit concerned about the problems reported here re brakes - but not concerned enough not to go for one! I have been riding a triple for the past three years so the V twin experience is a whole new one for me. I went for the touring model. I am currently deciding what to use the £1000 free accessories offer on, any ideas? All the best
Rodney: Why do you call me Dave, Trig? My name's not Dave, it's Rodney. Trigger: Are you sure? Rodney: Yes, I've checked it on my birth certificate and everything, its definitely Rodney. Trigger: So what's Dave, a nickname like? Rodney: No, you're the only person who calls me Dave, everybody else calls me Rodney - and the reason they call me Rodney is because Rodney is my name. Trigger: Well, I shall have to get used to calling you Rodney from now on. Rodney: Thank you. Trigger: How long are you going to be, Baz? Me and Dave haven't got all day. Rodney: Rodney! Trigger: Yeah, yeah.
Welcome welcome....now what accessories? Heated grips....although being a touring these should come standard....centre stand....great for cleaning and working on your bike....again should be standard.... Fender extender for the front mudguard, tank protector, front piston cover all to keep the dirt away from the engine and that horizontal cylinder. An oiler for the chain? I love em some hate em! Ah and last but not least....lose the cat box on the exhaust and that stupid exhaust valve.... That pretty much does it, the rest was bling!
Firecat Is that a Tiger cub in your profile photo? I think I saw it on a trailer recently in Storrington.
Welcome to the forum.....look forward to meeting you some time (look up Kirky's next rideout: ;-) WVAM....you may already know John W of this parish.......and there are a LOT of other Mutley owners in the group! Add your bike details and your location in your profile ;-) .....and put yourself on the map £1000 deal.......personally I'd be very tempted to put that towards the full Termi!
