Dug out some old paperwork including the receipt he signed for the bike clearly showing the engine number and a few other items of paperwork proving the engine has done more than 12000 miles, so have sent him a polite message to change the mileage or he will be reported, lets see what he has to say about that.
I have had no reply, but the listing has now been ended by the seller quoting a listing error, result Let's see if he re lists it with the correct mileage
It might do him some good to know people are watching him as there have been other adverse comments about his eBay dealings. I have bought one minor item from him (good price!!) knowing full well his history, no problems with that, but that in itself it proves nothing either way.
I notice that the DVLA state it is taxed to the end of September and MOT'd until 12/04/15. Was it sold as a complete running bike? I felt the part that I bought, small though it was from this bike. I see he has a set of yellow fairings and a few other parts for sale as well, presumably it's the same bike.
Had dealings with him before. Wouldn't believe him if he told me he had a hole in his arse! Has multiple user ID's on ebay! Avoid!
