  15. It's not a bad place to get to, A465 is vastly improved to what it was, easy access from M4 and M50. I really hope it gets built, it will be great having moto gp less 45 minutes away, a great track day venue, and should bring some money to an area that really needs it

  19. Design and planning consent etc take the time in projects like this, if the money, design and permissions are in place, construction phase is easily doable by 2016
