It's happened 3 times in the past fortnight. And it's been sorted relatively quickly despite the techies being on holiday.
Id say that too if it was my fault as well....use that one all the time in work I do. And just to edit my post - I managed to post!
After not being able to post for most of the day the other day it was slow but I would put that down to the fact that lots of people we're trying to post, then found out the could and then did so the server (or virtual server or whatever it is) was getting caned....
I'm able to post on wifi but not on 3G it keeps coming up errors Anyway at least I get in with doing something like drinking coffee and resisting ETs dates
Hmm, 'some' of the slowness was my computer doing a backup in the background. It's finished now but the speed on here is still not great.
Very fetching. Can I have one, too? I have two types of conversation with my manager, often on the same day: 1. We are over-staffed, there isn't enough work. 2. Can you work extra hours / cancel your annual leave booking? We're swamped.
Every monday they have a resource meeting. I always end up with 7days work scheduled to do in 5 days. But then they slide other things in that werent even on the fucking resources. Drives me nuts. Plus they always underestimate the time it takes to do stuff. "oh that'll take 5mins" If it took 5 fucking minutes then you could fucking do it yourself. Oh and even though theyre not trained to use the software I use, theyre fucking experts at it. Seriously I am going to go back CAD contracting. Life was easier. Ive got 1/2 day down to model this residential home. But its got a freaking complicated roof that will take me 2 days to create even before I start running the calcs on it. Dickheads. Lol....
