    enjoy.

  4. Cheers mate. Naturally it rained all the way from Alton to the office in Oxford that I had conveniently arranged to work in due to the a339 going in that direction. I didn't realise but I didn't have the UP map for the Termis on the last bike and this one definitely feels smoother in the low revs. Have to stay at <6000rpm so can't comment on the upper range but she certainly feels great :)

  5. Thats Bryan from Snells. I'm sure he'll love me sticking his mug on the internet!!

  6. Lovely machine

  7. Is he, or isn't he?

  8. Bryan's a nice guy. Sold me my diavel when he worked at MR.

  9. Oxford, charlbury, chipping norton, burford, Cirencester, back to chipping norton, a44 to Evesham. Later back to london. This running in stuff is fun :)

  15. I thought I recognised you, I was on the 1199, we spoke briefly near the end of the day. Glad you've taken the leap!enjoy it once you get above 7K, friendly to beast in the link of an eye!

  16. Ah yes I remember, outside the hanger next to the naked bike with a big oil cooler on the front?

I've had another 2012 1199s since May that I just traded in for a new one, but it was in for repair during the Rockingham day hence why I was on the R1. Cracking day, had a right laugh trying to get the elbow down around the inside left handers. Came so close but didn't quite get there, next time :)

  17. What a beaut, Im considering making the jump from the 1098. Go from a '12 to a ('14?) though, I have to ask why?

  18. Warranty probably - these bikes need a warranty big time!!!

  19. Think the early bikes had a few problems but the newer ones seem a bit better
