Hi everyone I’ve found the forum after looking for a new home since ducatisti disappeared. I’ve got my carby 900ss which I’ve owned for 18 years, smashed myself up on, retuned and now after an 8 year gap and a slow rebuild, looks like she might live again!
Welcome Sev, sorry to hear of your long time off your bike ( I had 20 years away due to ex wife and kids) new wife encouraged me to take it up again and then I bought her a monster for when she passes her test and that got me hooked on the brand. Finally got a 2006 ST3 in may and love her! Big smiles every time I go out on her, and find any excuse to do so. Have fun on here, there's some "crazy" folks on here who make me smile every time I log on.
Hi Sev - will you/the900SS be ready for Groombridge? ;- http://ducatiforum.co.uk/f29/groombridge-place;-ferrari-ducati-event-19th-august-2012-a-3119/ if so I could take mine again.
thanks for all the replies Anth, sounds really good - hopefully she'll be up and running nicely by then it'd be a good christening for her! juz, I'm over the sussex side of surrey as well

Ahh, now humbug, the revcounter is an Elliot electronic tacho bought off one of the guys who used to work for Baines, and the redline was just an indicator as to where it makes peak power and torque.
