I like private plates on bikes or cars.... I think the Gaz, Maz, Daz, D4RON and so on may be a little passe/Del Boy now though...
Pimlico Plumbers vans that I used to see around Vauxhall quite often. One was BOG something, another was LOO. check this out: Pimlico Plumbers | Number Plates | 'Our Number Plates Are World Famous.'
They ain't for me. I get stopped often enough without making it easier for the sweeney:frown: Same reason I don't do small plates or loud cans. But each to their own. My brother loves a personalised plate, his bike, car, and all the company vans have been plated. It means something to him, so where's the harm.
i knew a sound system company that had R8KET on their van which always made me smile theres a black porche in north london with SUS5ED, bet he gets pulled alot
I have TEN 98S on my 1098s and I also have for sale on retention certificate RO55O GP ready for someone with a Desmosedici Rosso GP, some think its sad a waste of money but it suits the bikes, even worse on the two cars we have FR06BAT and FR09BAT which makes people smile . TEN 98S is also for sale and open to offers as my riding days are now coming to an end.
My friend, who runs North London Motorcycle Training, in well, North London, has a 56 plate Honda Fireblade in stock, Repsol colours and the plate is Re56sol, which I thought was a nice touch, but the best I heard of was 'F4ngs' on a Dodge Viper
I would love nothing more than to be able to carry on riding, so a GSXR plate would be great if I could get my leg over again. unfortunately all my bike stuff is up for grabs.
