No, but we saw a whole load on the motorway outside Calais. I should've cut out the middleman and just handed them my wallet. As for the scrambler, I thought it was a dogs breakfast I'm afraid, so much potential lost :-(
I can't be doing with it, too much like watching X factor - innit! :Banghead: Just make the bike, show us the bike, sell us the bike but stop bloody poncing about...
If it was Kate Moss, i'd find that acceptable but I would tell her to fuck off my bike and get back to the ironing.
I actually quite liked the bike when I saw it in the container at WDW. Yes, there's been a whole load of marketing and "lifestyle" around it, but it does look like a fun little bike. However, the key for me will be the price. I think £5500 is too low for Ducati and it'll be more £6995.
Its o.k but if its a hark back to the scambler's of old in anything more than name only then it has to be a Single. And a bevel and yelllow and noisy and ..... well you get the idea.
yeah - itll be almost fun to go into Riders and tell them that its shit to their faces......that looks like a SteveMcQueen wannabe bike - but failing miserably. I hope they sell none....that'll learn'em....Ducati - stick to what you do best - innovate - dont try to make something new, old....it doesn't work and this, is the result.
