Was it Matt Larrett? He's about that age. OK, I confess..... I am 45 years and 364 days old I had to choose a number for racing and the obvious ones had gone so I chose something that wouldn't change, the year I was decanted 66 is a vintage year, world cup glory, Battle of Hastings, Great fire of London It's Route 66 It's Mr Tom Sykes number Ask 'Imola' why his number is 67
I cant remember his surname sadly. but he said he lived near to Brands, ran a shop if memory served. Also drove a crappy VW van. Really nice guy and helped me out a lot on that first day. As a result Im always happy to help people at the track now, just trying to give a little back
Was it Matt (Awsome) Lawson. His number is 72 though but he does have a shop Here's a pic of him struggling to keep up with me at Anglesey ........ OK, he was probably lapping me :frown:
That's the man, he's even got the same AGV lid :biggrin:. Really nice guy. There are just too many Matt's who ride Ducatis. Me included
The following caught my eye are are a lot cheaper as well as not requiring you to drill holes in your fairings.....
Agree with Freak, the nes that use engine mounts can bend he frame where the bolt goes thru, 1st crash on my old DD bike did exactly that and meant that I cant get them out! Got GB Moto stuff on my 848 and looks good dstiuff, got it on all the enine casings and also spindle protection afgain as a small drop can scuff the fork bottoms and cause a write off
