Newbie Hello and questions

  1. Hi Gents,

    I'm in the middle of buying a new 848 evo corse from Woods of Abergele and not to sure on which accessories to go for Ducati or after market,

    Rear carbon hugger, ducati or king carbon standard or long ?
    Alarm, ducati or datatool s4 ?
    Screen, race screen light smoked how do they look
    Mirror extenders, any good but not to sure about the look of them ?
    Paddock stand which one to go for ?

    I live in Northwich Cheshire and work at Manchester Airport, always up for a ride out and a chat,

  2. Mornin Richie,

    Dp oe short hugger...it doesn't work but looks great.
    Forget the alarm...unless the insurance insists.
    i used a Zero Gravity SR light smoke....same shape as stock to maintain the front profile.
    I put DP mirrors on as the stock ones vibrate like crazy....with or without extenders.
    The DP / Gubellini stand is the dogs bollocks....just a rediculous price tag.

  5. I think they are not there anymore and i went to woods to buy a 675R and came away with the 848 !!

  9. They are on Washway Road in Sale. Or at least they were yesterday when I picked up my new 848 Evo corse :wink:

    Ps I'm not sure if I've mentioned it before but I picked up my new 848 Evo corse yesterday :biggrin:

  14. Ducati Performance.....there is an on line catalogue on the Ducati website, or Ducati glasgows website usually has pictures on.

    There is some random bits of pictures of my bike dotted round on here with them fitted.

    All of the above are really down to personal choice, Mirror extensions are probably a good idea if you're used to mirrors that allow you to see behind you. :smile:

    I'm also in Northwich, Kingsmead, give me a shout if you fancy getting out. :upyeah:
