848 Aftermarket Wheels - Light Ones ;-)

  1. There is another thread on lightening I started but it seems like the biggest place to start for saving.

    So I wondered what people were running rough weight savings and some pics of them on your bike ?

  5. Although these would do nicely too (£1495 now inc VAT) but my budget is nearer a grand max

  6. All the weights are on the HPS wen site - looks like they sell most brands & types

    Here's the other option for me, waiting for a set for £1000 ish :(

  16. I know, sods law me thought. if i wasnt saving for a CJS i'd have snapped them up. I fit exhaust this weekend then off to CJS.

  19. Saw a guy wreck a pair of carbon BST's at Valencia last year on his R6. The thing was smashed badly. He opened up another spare set of carbon wheels and put them on the bike, so he could wheel it onto the stillage.

    It was if everything was just a consumable.
