Soldiers

  1. I really admire anyone whose wish and choice it is to be a soldier so that I don’t have to. That they protect me is admirable and beautiful and very, very human. I know they don’t protect me personally and many of them wouldn’t even like me much; but that is what their efforts result in, me being safe while they are not. That is something magnificent and I just wanted to mention that I am grateful.

  15. Just seen the new Brad pitt film Fury about a tank crew in 1945 it's one of those films like Saving private Ryan it makes you think about what happened and what they did in those conditions, very brave.
