Sat in the ramblers inn in clutton hill. Ready to pop 1198 into cjs in the morning. Scoffing ham egg chips and pint of otter. Make that another pint of otter. Nice place.
I put the garden furniture into the shed for winter storage. I said to the wife " I don't know why I bother getting this out - you never sit on it " "Put your cock away before the neighbours see you and get that bench in the shed"
decided to drink the Scottish last night, think i made the right decision. BBC News - Cars stuck between A82 landslips in Highlands
Watched my eldest score a stunning equaliser in his football match this morning. One of the twins scored a good un yesterday as well.
I had a heart to heart with my wife today and now I feel like a complete moron. For years she's been telling me that she wants me to give her an orgasm. Now it turns out she didn't mean one of mine
Cheers Phil for the encouraging words.I am a stubborn so and so and am keeping to the 'Recovery Program' I have been set by the hospital.Sometimes it is hard work-gives me an insight into the what you have had to go through, but mine is only on a small scale compared to your battle. Onwards and upwards I reckon Phil.
I did enjoy it, also the recommendation of eating at Delrio's I also nipped over to Hull to drop the bike off at Chad's for some exh fab, chew the fat and admire his talent with anything metal. Returned back to a posh afternoon tea at Bettys.
Spent an amazingly productive day at work, today. I managed two jobs, I reckon, in between bouts of agony. Looks like I didn't actually get away with six and a half hours in the car on Saturday unscathed, after all :Hurting:
took advantage of my "gardening leave" so I took the wife to see the film "Fury" at the cinema. Good film , very reminiscent of Saving Private Ryan, and there's no way I would ever serve in a tank - respect to the guys who did/do.
Had a nice little ride into Norwich to see my son who has just got home from Afghanistan. So glad he's home safely but does make me think of those who didn't come back. Might also be the last ride of the year for me as the roads round here are getting pretty shitty with mud from the local farmers who can't seem to be bothered to clear up!
Cooked a crab linguine. Red chilli - finely chopped, fennel grated, lemon zest/juice and pasta. He quite liked it, i did too.
