took advantage of my "gardening leave" so I took the wife to see the film "Fury" at the cinema.

Good film , very reminiscent of Saving Private Ryan, and there's no way I would ever serve in a tank - respect to the guys who did/do.

 

Had a nice little ride into Norwich to see my son who has just got home from Afghanistan. So glad he's home safely but does make me think of those who didn't come back. Might also be the last ride of the year for me as the roads round here are getting pretty shitty with mud from the local farmers who can't seem to be bothered to clear up!
