Not isolated unfortunately. There was a cycle race cancelled or partly cancelled cos folk spread tacks in the road. And I'm almost certain I remember reports of locals pouring oil on some corners on the Cat and Fiddle 10 years ago or so when the accident rate was getting really bad. But yes, utter fucking nutters.
