That's a nice bend they show in the photo. Can't see how this road is dangerous, I'd say the one from there(the junction up past that bend) to Fittleworth was way more dangerous. Blind bends and over the brow crests with the road dropping to the left or right is lethal if you overcook it or don't know the road.
agree - certainly for the Goodwood to Petworth section having travelled along it regularly for 30 years, can't see what makes it stand out from many similar roads.
The surfaceis shit; visibility is shit; drivers on a sunday are shit. Twisty and technical at times. Disatster written all over it. Especially at 90+mph
Finm,, ( and or anyone else from Glasgow area) have you noticed they have listed the Carbeth Inn road as the second most dangerous one in GB ( I am sure you all know it well !! )
