I too was on the m25/m4/m5 today. I reckon the inside two lanes have Ebola- everyone avoiding them like, well, the plague.... It's like it everytime I go up.
Cleared a bit more floor space in the garage for the impending arrival of my new Thruxton. Should be tomorrow !
I tried to log on to my computer this morning but it wouldn't let me in. I shouted to my wife, "Doris, have you changed the password on the PC?" "Yes honey." "What is it?" "It's the date of our anniversary." Feck Feck Feck Feck....
Driven 4 hours, 3 hour meeting, 4 hours drive back, insulted moderators, now going in the garage for 30 mins or so
Did the washing up this evening, left the brand new slow cooker on the draining board ... I heard it starting to slide off on its way to the kitchen floor, leapt across the room and caught it half way down. I haven't moved that fast in years - even when on a motorbike - nor have I ever displayed a safer pair of hands. Hmm. Maybe I should have posted in the Smug thread instead.
I have a dishwasher! The cooker is slightly large though and isn't a perfect fit. Plus ... lazy bones Char
So when you say 'did the washing up'. What you mean was you were given the single task of washing up the slow cooker , to which you nearly failed ?
Hey! There were wine glasses ... and wooden spoons ... it's a very unsafe environment. Everything else goes in the dishwasher
Real men are not afraid of the washing up, fin. And by washing up, I mean using water and detergent ... not just letting your pet haggis lick the bowls clean.
