  14. Lol my pair are ok

    Every time I change phone at upgrade they seem to fail to cancel the last one ending up with a huge bloody DD

    They can't sort it over the phone I have to go back to the bloody shop!!! as it's not on the notes
    God damn it are they not the same bloody company
    Three times I have had to go through security and explain my problem three times!!!!
    At work I have to take ownership of a problem not pass it around
