  2. 1) Factory Akra ONLY for the 1299 and includes Up-Map
    2) 899 and 1199 ONLY get the Termi with Up-Map, no Akra option from Ducati
    3) 1299 has NO Termi option, only Akra

  3. 200 notes extra for a white 899. Why?

  4. Primer costs more ;)

  5. Always new the red ones were faster. Carrying less paint ...

  6. The red is the entry level colour...

  7. The buyer fucked up and bought too much red so they have to shift it all :)

  8. .....and £150.00 for a white Monster. Dealer said to me today it's the cost of paint changes, after all 95% of Ducati's are red.

£13500 for a Monster 1200 S OTR, sounds like a lot of money for a Monster.

  9. Hyper sp up 200 quid??? For some different stickers???
    I got a bargain!!

  10. All looks pricey.
£14,000 for a Monster with a stripe down the tank? Maybe the KTM 1290 SDR isn't so steep after all.

  11. £23k for a Diavel!

  12. Scrambler seems like a bargain then !

  14. I think all the new bikes are getting a bit silly in terms of new pricing. It was not long ago that the ceiling was 10k for a litre superbike. Insurance will not take kindly.

  15. The SF848 looks like a steal considering the grin factor, THAT Trellis, and all road pace.

  16. £21k for the 1299s. Bollox :Arghh:

  17. You can get the slower one for £16,695 ;)

  18. childs bike ;)

  19. "MULTISTRADA 1200 - £12,995
    MULTISTRADA 1200 S - Red £15,595
    MULTISTRADA 1200 S - White £15,795"
These prices look reasonably unchanged for an (apparently) much improved bike - until you look a bit more closely at what's included in the specification. The old MTS 1200S Touring included panniers, heated grips, centre-stand, etc in the price, but much the same price now buys you a bike without any of it. By the time you add on the essential extras, the price has gone up by well over a grand.

Subtracting previously standard features and turning them into expensive optional extras borders on sharp practice, to my mind. No doubt the VolksWagen influence.

  20. I wonder what the price would be for an previous model matched with extras for a touring version. Panniers, top box, heated grips and centre stand.
