Good luck with the knees Fig.Hope they are not too painful for you at the moment-and you get them fixed asap.
Oooo that's bad and good news fig I have had arthroscopies on both knees without them my knees would still be agony Hopefully yours will be better soon
what does that consist of Viv? I have a wrong right hand knee that's stopped me cycling and specialist offered nothing. I know a few people who have had temporary improvement by surgeon going in and trimming/removing debris but is there anything else that could be on offer?
My first one relocated my knee cap washed it out and put some steroid on cartilage at bottom of knee cap The second was washed out as meniscus had fractured and the cartilage had broken on the other knee Both were very painful I could not ride a push bike or kneel or walk very well and the surgery was such a relief It took around three years per knee afterwards to get back to normal but I can do anything with them now Though they ache in the cold and damp
i is living proof. seriously tho. the mother in law suffered badly with it, changed her diet all good,if you can describe her having the ability to visit more as all good. she dropped red meat, caffeine and here is the toughie alcohol..
ok that's the knee school done - now can anyone help - even as I type I am getting thuds from above in the loft that have me a little concerned - definitely not mice so rat(s) at the minimum. Have been up 4 times this evening to look and make a lot of noise (as if that would cure anything). Set one trap somewhere in the vicinity of the noises but am certainly concerned as it almost sounds larger than a rat and not sure what's next up the food chain - don't think it's squirrels - very stealthy.
