It depends on your requirement, aspirations and budget. Without a doubt, an individual map is the best you can get but it comes at a price. If you have set your sights lower or have a tight budget, an off the shelf map is an acceptable alternative. Some tuners may be able to offer a selection of maps to give a broad spectrum of performance. Andy
Wow. There's your answer Bluehawk. As Mr Android said it ain't cheap but I'd always go for a custom map with a skilled operator. I'd hate to think I was cooking my engine with a lean mix. Recenty had mine done. Very sweet with a plumped up mid range.
