I was awake at 4.30am so I've felt rubbish all day. However I have been rather productive nonetheless. Today I have done half my Xmas present wrapping, I've been to town and finished off the last of my Xmas shopping, came home and watched the mighty Boro demolish Derby county and I've just made something to eat for tonight. It's no wonder swmbo loves me
Went to see a man about a shed today and at the back of the shed his Ducati 750 supersport which had been there for the last 4 years. He pulled back the cover and it didn't look good :Jawdrop: with it's nice dots of rust everywhere. When he brought it he got a friend of a friend to ride it home but didn't know he hadn't been on a bike for 15 years :Nailbiting: and he gave it a bit to much on the way home with the new owner following him in his car, so down it went and hit a kerb and then a granite post, both wheels have flat spots, bent headstock/frame and bodywork need of a very good plastic welder and yes i did try to get it for spares but was not for sale.
About 15mls NNW of Kendal; nowhere near Chipping Sodbury, which I had to Google to discover it was a real place, but they are a bit funny down in the Cotswolds.
Quite close to Helvellyn which is out of shot to the right. Centre shot is Red Screes and and Kirkstone Pass.
