Yep. They're spot on. Much more grippy than the stock ones. Not with the bike so can't measure them but I reckon they're about 80mm long. Maybe slightly smaller than stock. Worth changing for sure....one of the first things I did as the stock ones were so slippery
Where did you get these? They look worth getting, but I've had a look around online and can only find them on eBay... in red or gold.
DUCABIKE are italian, have their own web site and sell great stuff. There are better pegs out there in my opinion but as a business are really helpful and their products are great quality. Plenty of English speaking staff to respond to questions and delivery ain't too shabby either.
Stock ones are way to high too, well they were for me. I nearly destroyed my boots at Silverstone before I changed my pegs
Position is fine for me at 5'7" in heels ;-) What happened to the boots @mattmccabebrown? Where did they wear? Im sure you can spend as much as you like on pegs/rearsets etc. The Ducabike ones worked for me as Im happy with peg position but just wanted more grip
Well, I like these. Corse pegs on RS hangers. Corse pegs are the business. Short, real grippy and have a shear pin inside so they're solid like a fixed peg, but if you drop the bike the pin snaps allowing the peg to fold out the way.
Just about to say these are nice rearsets or footpeg kits but see you have ordered some now. Kit pedane regolabili con viti in titanio, cambio standard - Motocorse - parti speciali ducati, mvagusta e bmw, ammortizzatori e forcelle ohlins, freni brembo, cerchi marchesini
These are one of the highest quality rearsets kits we have tested and up close you can blatantly see where all the work goes into when making these. Do not confuse Motocorse CNC Billet parts with any other because the CNC axis Machines used are 6-7 and not the run of the mill 2-3 that nearly all other brands use.
Rich, I got these a few months ago direct from Ducabike...top stuff Also the levers The lateness of this reply shows how often I am paying attention to this site
Oh nooo. I love the footrest hangers, nice to get some adjustment, but I've used pegs with that pattern on my road bike and wouldn't recommend them to anyone. It might be a combination of boots, rain and design but I found unless I made a conscious effort to only put weight on the very outside of them my feet were slipping about all over the place in the wet. I do put a lot of my massive 9 stone weight through the pegs though, and I've nothing bad to say about Ducabike quality though.
@1073sps Haven't had the issues you mentioned yet, maybe I don't ride as hard as you...will be thoroughly put to the test in fen and March at oulton park and Jerez ....let you know how they hold up If nothing else they are bloody good looking
