@Vince 899 is suffering from I call the "island syndrome ". Most of my family are from Guernsey, a small island off the coast of France. About 30m2 and 9 by 7 miles, takes about 50 minutes to go around the outside. I once suggested that we leave our parish of Saint Martins to travel to the other side of the island for dinner. My horrified family announced that " they are not going all the way over there, it's dark". Us home counties people fear anything North of the wall, we are told terrible stories as children about White walkers, polar bears and Inuit living in igloos. I'm sure once a date and location has been agreed the shock will wear off.
Baby steps...I've a actually started another thread in the ride out section. Looks like its going to be really easy to orgainise everyone who is interested.....
lets go may, no touring/summer holiday things going on then, early in the season for us Scottish so should still be fresh (and happy).
First and last weekend I'm planning on racing a least one but may suit others, especially those self employed
There's two in May, beginning and end of month. Think the first one is the long one so Friday and Monday as bank holidays.
Pembrey the first weekend, but may gove a miss as its not a fav track, most likley the last BH at Snetterton which is a Sat/Sun meet
