hi folks as like most women emm cant make her facking mind up :biggrin: as you know she's staying with the 748 idea having tried the 9 but its a no go.....we've managed to off load the gixxer and have some cash floating .....now do we stick to the plan and take the yella 748 from a dealers at £4700 leaving no cash or take a shot at this one below ???? it looks tidy and is gonna free up some cash ....(oooh new leathers lol).......gonna take a peek on sun whatya reckon ??? does anyone know it ??? eBay - The UK's Online Marketplace and it'll match her heels

the dealers one has 6500 on a 2000plate at £4700 ......... its dripping in carbon with akra cans but .......i like the red more .....plus side it has marchesini's , looks like 50mm cans but not sure ? are they standard just polished ???? as the link pipe is def 50mm , looks bloody clean too for a 98
It's worth a look, if your not happy, get back to the dealers...they are nearly 2k apart, worth a tank of petrol.
Go for the red one, i really miss my 748, (well until i got the multi). A 748 in Red looks much better than an undercoat yellow one, save the money you can always buy the carbon bits on ebay, plenty of stuff about to bling up
That looks very much like the outline of Termignoni logo etched on the back of the can.....or did the 748 have termi's as standard?
Then again...they have baffles in and it looks like the next thing down from the termi logo says Ducati....So they could be stock. I know some early Ducati's did have Termi/Ducati labeled cans as standard. I'm sure there will be a 748 expert along in a minute.
