I was on the M25 today at about 14:10 - 14:20'ish filtering in the outside lane on my black Speed Triple probably at junction 9 or 10 - I noticed a Ducati superbike, in red/white and blue livery, gaining on me and when he got within about 20 yards behind me he blipped his throttle....I nearly wet myself!!!! I was going just a little bit faster than the traffic, so probably about 30mph'ish. The Ducati rider would have passed a ZX-7R about 500yrds back before he got to me on my Speed Triple. Anyway, I pulled into the middle lane to let him through and he passed and stuck his foot out in appreciation - I just love it when other riders take the time to be polite to each other! I Couldn't quite see what model it was but obviously had aftermarket pipes on which sounded orgasmic! I've got a full Arrows system on my Speedy which coughs and splutters loudly on overrun, but the sound of this red beast on 1/8th throttle and overrun was superb. Anyway, he pulled off at junction 12 to get on the M23... So if it was you - hello!
Ahhhh typo is acceptable. Only reason I know it's not M23 as that's my turn off if I come home from work on M25
It may have been me at that time / date on my 1198. I have a little circuit I like to do which includes a nice 70mph ;-) run up the j8 M25 slip road in 1st gear lol.

as per my original post - I was travelling clockwise and I noticed this Ducati behind me probably J9 or 10. Traffic was very slow and we were filtering not very fast. Anyway I let the Ducati overtake me and he stuck his foot out to thank me. I followed him a couple of miles before he left the M25 at J12 heading onto the M3. I was riding my black Speed Triple
