Yes but not much. Slacken the nut off the rod that goes into the brake cylinder, then wind the rod in and retighten the nut, this will lower the brake pedal. Make sure you still have a bit of free play on the brake lever though as it will cause brake drag otherwise and your brakes will melt.
Hi Sam1199, I see what you mean mate, here are all the images I have of there fitted. Shame as I has a set in stock some time ago.
KTT-0400 Dry conversion kit for Ducati Panigale - Mole Meccanica Lavorazioni Meccaniche di Precisione - STM Frizioni Chieri (TO)
I Changed my rear sets as I felt the grip was not so good on the stock setup. Decided to go with CNC Racing and there great.
There is no doubt that all these fabulous additions add greatly to the desirability and visual artistry of ones bike. My own, standard, levers are rather puny in comparison, however as tools for the job (for a 5'10" old git) my only criticism is the lack of angular adjustment between the pedal and it's actuating lever. I prefer my levers pointing down a bit further than one can do without compromising the angular actuation of the rods. The brake is not a problem, but the gear-change can't go further than a small amount before it loses sufficient thrust in one direction or the other to fully engage a gear. After examining the angular movement, actuating rod length adjustment and gearbox actuator lever angle, I have determined that I need to increase the length of the pedal actuating lever and slightly alter its pick-up point. When I get the bike back from storage (I've been a bit poorly this year, so had it given a going over at Coventry Ducati , who also are looking after it for me) I will do my mods and report on my success or otherwise.
I will be ordering some tingtong rearsets in the new year, had some on my 999 to match the tingtong levers! In fact the tingtong levers are now on the Panigale
Oh yes..... I thought that the sticky outy bits you put your feet on ought to be perfectly adequate ! I know a lot of people become very obsessed with their exhaust pipe and others, or maybe the same people change their wheels for better more round ones and also fit windscreens with two bubbles rather than merely just the one, but I honestly didn't think the floorboards would be defective.... More fool me !
Deniss, I have to say the Moto Corse rear sets do look very very cool. Can't say I'll be parting with £580 for them tho. It just feels a lot for what they are.
