Well I didn't hammer it last night so had a good nights sleep and woke at 7.50 relatively compus mentus This morning I've had a bacon sarnie for breakfast, two espresso's and bought a pair of new branded snowboarding mittens (unwanted Xmas present) from eBay for half the price of the price in the sales I might look for a new snowboarding helmet next seeing as my current one took a bit of a bashing last year from some idiot skier who decided to fly into me without control, then decided to add insult to injury by skiing over my head, just in case he hadn't done enough damage.
Rare event. Makes a change. Still have the scars from the loony toons boarder who whistled past/into me at many knots utterly out of control with no respect for the numbers on the slopes with his board about shoulder high. Fight fight fight!!!
Managed to maintain a teenager party at my house failry well, no damage just bit of mess, quite a lot of beer last night and walked off not much of a hangover to Stokes Bay beach where the NYD dip takes place, 315 people partake in aid of the coastguard and other charities

Having defeated the first terracotta army, I am in the process of creating a second. I think I am going to deepen the jihadist theme with these ones: lots of large dark beards.

Looking forward to 2015 financial Dom and gloom. I'm not middle class with lots of savings, so I'm safe.
Finm ... London is warmer at this time if year, but you know that! Cars do get broken into from time to time though, as you also know! Still, I get to ride my bike virtually all year so worth it.
I organised a threesome last night to let in the New Year with a bang. Fair enough, there were a couple of no-shows, but I still managed to enjoy myself
I've decided to take up speed-reading, and this afternoon I read Dickens "A Tale of Two Cities" in forty seconds. Admittedly, it's only five words, but things will hopefully get quicker as time goes by
