Interesting variation- a set of exercises you've made up or following something like, the Canadian army exercises? Very efficient, in and out in 18 mins, must take you longer to shower and change!
2hr drive...no heat on client site? J28 fault.."failure to ignite during demand" Inspected no fault....LPG gas delivery the day before. Q. Was the system turned on during the delivery? Note the gas is isolated during a delivery. Yes.... 2 hour drive home..... Happy new years day everyone.
That's what I was thinking of -thanks. Does not sound like wot Glid does though. http://csclub.uwaterloo.ca/~rfburger/5bx-plan.pdf
So £400 the. Once tax relief, fuel relief, offset against loans and mortages and all other expenses (incl hot chocolate, business lunch) Not a bad day
yip self employment is the answer for the bloody minded amongst us, well those that have the balls to match anyhoo.
I don't know what I do. I just do as I'm told. I have no interest in being in the gym lifting weights any more than I have showering. But I like being clean, and I can see and feel the good that the gym does, so I do it. But there is no likelihood of me buying magazines, studying programmes and diets and all that stuff. The idea is that the muscle will grow if you regularly give it enough work to do to warrant it, and giving it at least a day off to recover is essential. These days, I think it prefers 2 days off before being made to work until it can no more, so I don't bother to go more than every 3 days. There's really no need. Yes, in theory it's only 18 mins of exercise, but each exercise generally ends in pain or discomfort, so it's quite full on. My view being that it's better to have regular small doses of discomfort than a huge dollop of the stuff through some muscular failure. I don't have a bad back.
Managed to keep down a second glass of water after spending 4 hours talking to god on the big white telephone . Wouldn't mind so much if I'd been on the sauce but it would appear to be a dodgy bit of pork washed down with a can of ginger beer. On the up side, I've lost a couple of pounds . Andy
Feel for you dude...I (closely followed by the Missus) had the Norovirus not long ago. Nothing stays in, drinking water is like pouring into a sieve .....where I'm the sieve.
Ride- out on the soggy old Triumph to practice for the IAM test...only did 60 miles though because it's a tad nippy and I didn't put my winter socks on.... A bit slippery in places, and almost every oncoming biker had the miseries, only one acknowledged my friendly wave... I miss the camaraderie that bikers shared in the distant past...(except with Bee-Emm riders, for some reason they always seemed aloof...)
I've always nodded (except to BMW riders), but the fashion gradually changed over the years to a leg out. I suppose taking your foot off the back brake is better than a hand....did it come from a racer I missed?
Today I've been and bought a new snowboarding helmet and skull cap. 'Twas not cheap even with discount cos I know the MD of the chain involved
