I've been slightly to engulfed in the gym world for about a decade now but never went as far as steroids or any of that crap but far more dedicated than 99% of the population. My wife was a personal trainer for many years and still goes 6 days a week at 6am. You sound like you have a good balance and sensible approach. Stick to that and go easy on the booze and cake and you will see really good results. Just remember, no amount of exercise makes up for a crap diet. Peace.
