  13. I'd love them to. But like the BBC, all newspapers will have been issued with a diktat from high command. Publish and be sacked or shot would have been the message. Which would you choose? It's very easy when your wife isn't in line to become a widow.

  17. It's a continental thing. I always write them like that. Excel seems happy enough with this, despite it running in English on an English system. I prefer them like that - they don't get confused in the cell lines in Excel.
