Cmc Manchester 2015

  1. The original one is just round corner from me. Good dealer in my opinion. They just need a Ducati franchise.

They also opening a pushbike shop too.

  2. Earnshaws in Huddersfield have got more pushbikes than motorbikes in stock nowadays. When I last spoke with one of the principals he said that motorbikes aren't doing it for them unfortunately :(

  3. Urgh, more fat middle aged men in lycra getting in the way. Not what's needed.

  4. I'm 52 I'm not fat try to ride 100 miles at week when the weather allows.
Fitter = faster my friend !!!

  5. MAMIL's, I'm not a fan (or going to join in). Cycling is for getting you back from the pub without getting done for DD.

  6. Each to their own

  7. But I have been cycling since I was a child.....
Not exactly a MAMIL as you call it ....
I normally get a taxi home from the pub.

  8. Opposed to fat middle aged men in leather?

  9. One peice look daft unless your on the track. Apart from that leather is far more forgiving than Lycra.

I'm sure most wives/girlfriends waiting in Costa for their other half would rather they walked in wearing leathers than spandex.

  10. "Looks at my husband in his Lycra. He looks a nob but at least he's trying to get fit"

    Or

"Look at my husband in his leathers. Yes I know he's wobbling around on his Ducati fulfilling his mid life crisis but doesn't he look cool. "

  11. Sounds about right.

  12. We should organise a Ducati pushbike meet. Cannock or something

  13. I look good in both my Lycra and my one piece Dainese Laguna Seca leathers but then again I have no bear belly to rest upon my tank - ergo I'm as fast as fook ;)

  14. Yep up that. My first sportif of the year is an 80 miler in Cambridge on the 20th of feb, hope the weather improves - Cannock on the chase or on road bikes?

  15. Chase for sure. For the road bike I'm in the Peak District so there's some mega hills round here if that's your thing.

  16. We ride in to Wales chap we've got a few down here too. lol
I'd have to rent a bike unless my mate would lend me his Santa Cruz ! Lol doubt it .....
