In batley, West Yorkshire. Low miles & looks mint. Used Ducati 1199 1199 S PANIGALE ABS for sale in Batley, West Yorkshire - Jem Speed Shop
Blimey, that is a bargain and has had a few pennies spent on it in carbon and the rear sets. Does seem incredibly cheap.
sadly, there's no way I'd be able to get my leg over that tail (that's if I could afford it, which I can't)
It does look nice, but is it really a Tric or a lookalikee :Watching: The fairings not right, every Tric I've ever seen has carbon under the headlamp cluster.
Not a genuine tric according to the advert ... not that it matters I guess - so long as that God-awful tank protector will come off cleanly. "The bike was bought from Wolverhampton Ducati brand new and was commissioned by them to be painted in the tricolore paint scheme by dream machine paints for the new customer as a factory bike wasn't available at the time, I've seen both bikes in the flesh and I must admit the dream machine paint work is much better than the factory finish"
Correct, its a lookalike, stock red painted to Tri colours but the design is wrong in places, yeah i'm a stickler for detail the stripe before the 1199 is too high an I think it should be black amongst other things. At first glance looks good, its the fine detail you'll all be doin spot the difference now lol
Yeah, that's the sort of thing you don't realise till you've bought it and got it home, then the OCD will kick in and it'll drive you mad - or maybe that's just me!. Also the 'DUCATI' decals on the tank should be white and not silver........see its started already and I don't even want the bike!:Wacky:
He's quite clear its been painted and it looks like a good job. Had an 848 with a Dream Machine paint job and it was top quality. The history of the dealer would be the only thing putting me off this bike(if I had the money)
To be fair to Jem, I hadn't read the whole advert, now I have it's very clear it's a standard S & they're not trying to pass it off differently (Trics do command a premium). Still a very good price for such a low mileage machine with a few goodies, I pass it on my way home so I'll pop in and have a look they seem to be having a bit of a run on Ducs & other Italian machinery at the mo.
