899 Cnc Frame Plugs

  1. I have brought some cnc frame plugs for the lower and higher frame, now here's my quirey the larger plugs fit both holes and look like there made for either the smaller ones don't really fit or look right in either?

    Any one got the said plugs and can advise me on weather I should be using the bigger plugs on the higher part of the frame or the lower and same with the smaller ones?

    I can't see any thing in the packaging other tvha one being black and one white.

  4. Mine fit ok on the 748 as well, if you want we can just swap bikes and I'll make them fit.

  5. I had them on my 899 the larger ones are definitely for the lower frame holes, the upper ones fitted one side but were slightly loose on the other, drop an email to the supplier they should replace them.

  6. Thanks for the replies , the smaller ones do not even tighten in the smaller frame holes higher up, they just fall straight back out even if I tighten them as much as possible.

  7. I solved mine by getting bigger rubber O rings but the loose one still felt out about 500 miles later.
