  1. Just driven up to Glasgow. -6 a couple of hours ago just outside in Hamilton.

  3. Left at 3:15 and in the centre of Glasgow by 7:30. Did stop for 10 mins though. I'm up here while Friday afternoon. Give us a shout if you come up.

  4. It's -2 and one frozen little mini
    Got drivers door open but passengers wouldn't budge
    Taken kids to school and it's still frozen
    Even the handles had frozen solid :-O
    Off to work in a mo and have some training this afternoon

  8. Fitted new front pads to Trumpet and took it for a spin to make sure all good.
    Bleedin' nippy,(-3) as only wearing my Lidl padded boiler suit and workshop gloves/open face with fixed visor...
    Had enough after 5 miles so had to head back...typical southern shandy drinker I'm afraid...

  9. Decided to have a bash at re covering the seat on the CBR. Actually not that hard, £12.50 for the vinyl, £6 for a staple gun and 2500 staples, and a tube of evo stick. [​IMG]

    Really pleased with the result, it's secure, wrinkle free and it's even neat on the underside. Sounds like a win to me!

  19. I've dragged 6 sets of snow chains from the back of the container/untangled them/sorted them out properly,but because I've mislaid my gloves yet again my fingers are sore and stained from the rusty,horrible things...

  20. I have just done a lung function test after exercise at the hospital and I'm knackered
    Had to hold off the coffee for 18 hours
    Now sat with a costa coffee recovering :)
